‘Aquaman’ may be the King of Atlantis, but when it comes to the Bollywood box office, anyone would know better than to clash with the Badshah himself, Shah Rukh Khan. According to reports doing the rounds online, Shah Rukh’s upcoming film ‘Zero’ is all set to have an undisputed run at the ticket window, when it hits screens on December 21. The film that was supposed to share its release date with the Hollywood superhero flick ‘Aquaman’ and the Hindi political drama ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’, but the two films will now have an advanced release.
The Jason Momoa starrer will now release on December 7 followed a week later by Anupam Kher’s film on December 14.
This move has reportedly paved the way for an even bigger release, considering that there will be more screens available. ‘Zero’, that is SRK’s most ambitious project yet, was reportedly made on a budget of Rs 200 crore, with the distribution rights allegedly sold for an estimated Rs 100 crore.

Moreover, he added that the film is specifically releasing during Christmas seasons because it is the perfect time for it. Aanand even said that the film has potential to fetch close to Rs 350 Crores, if the audience believes it to be good enough film.

The director declared that the trailer of 'Zero' will be out on 2nd November. Along with that he reportedly stated that the movie will not be a sci-fi movie and it will be released in 2D only.
During a recent interaction, the director reportedly said that the movie has been made with a lot of love and passion.
